Oak Terrace signs a 6-month lease with NO reletting fee; which means if the tenant breaks the 6 month lease the only penalty is forfeiting the $250.00 security deposit. After the 6-month lease has been fulfilled the tenant may sign a lease renewal or may lease month to month. The security deposit will be refunded minus damages with a 30-day written notice and the 6-month contract fulfilled.
