Water
is paid. The tenant is responsible for electric, telephone,
and cable. A security deposit of $250.00 is required
for each apartment. Pets are allowed with a $300.00
animal deposit, which is not refundable.Oak
Terrace signs a 6-month lease with NO reletting fee;
which means if the tenant breaks the 6 month lease the
only penalty is forfeiting the $250.00 security deposit.
